Returns & Exchanges
Due the nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective, damaged or we sent you the incorrect item. If you fall under any of these categories, please fill out the return form and contact us at email@example.com with details of the reason for your return request. A customer service advisor will instruct you on return shipping details for your item.
Upon receipt of the returned product, a customer service advisor will contact you at the information you provided for an exchange or refund (only if the box is unavailable) with the original method of payment only.
